Analytical Sciences

The Analytical Sciences Group develops and applies innovative analytical solutions to evaluate chemical compounds, natural products and biotherapeutics for their structure, identity, composition, quantity, tissue distribution, purity and other physical properties. The group measures pathway biochemicals and proteins in their response to biological or pharmacological treatment to support target and drug discovery. The group also manages Open Access platforms for shared and effective utilization of analytical equipment across NIBR.
